This is Miles. He was found as a stray with two broken legs. X-rays revealed the fractures had gone untreated for so long that surgical repair was no longer an option. In order for his bones to properly heal, he will require months of ongoing care, including regular x-rays and weekly splint changes. Due to his extensive medical needs, Miles was at risk for immediate euthanasia.
