This is Gilligan. A good Samaritan found him as a stray, very skinny, and reportedly being shot at. After being admitted to rescue, it was determined that he was positive for heartworm disease, along with an uncomfortable benign mass on his toe. He needs a toe amputation and months of ongoing care to rid him of heartworms.
