Lancelot is a senior German Shepherd that was confiscated from a breeder and was taken to the Humane Society for Hamilton County. During his intake, he was evaluated to have life-threatening challenges with bloat, and he also had an unidentified mass on his neck.
Rescue partner One Tail at a Time scooped this Doug lookalike from the shelter in a heartbeat!
Lancelot had emergency surgery for gastric torsion (bloat). Surgery was a success, and he’s completed treatment for it. Next, he’s scheduled for a neuter and dental surgery, while the mass on his neck is being evaluated. We’ll keep you all pupdated.
According to his foster parents, “He’s a perfect angel. Howls with sirens, likes other dogs, is a total gentleman. 15/10.” Sir Lancelot is ready to be adopted!
