This is Topo Chico Twist of Lime. He was tethered outside with other dogs, where he became infected with heartworms. When he came to the rescue, it was also discovered that he has a heart murmur requiring cardiology support and has blood in his urine. He needs help with treatment for his heart and investigation into his urinary issues.
