Recently he underwent surgery to get neutered, but during the procedure the vet diagnosed him with a severe inguinal hernia, which requires a second surgery to treat. Oscar is in a lot of pain from the hernia, but the surgery can help him find relief and get back to being his peppy, sweet self.
