This is Bambi. Her owner surrendered her and requested euthanasia after they couldn't afford to treat her bloody diarrhea, eating problems and lethargy for the previous three days. After being looked at by a vet, she's been diagnosed with acute hemorrhagic diarrhea syndrome and needs supportive care to help her feel better again.
